Oreo Cheesecake

Set A - Oreo Base
50g butter
1 1/2 roll of Oreo for bottom

Set B - Cheese Layer

1 tsp vanilla essence

200g white chocolate

Directions:

1. Crush the 1 1/2 oreo to fine pieces.

2. Melt the butter. Then add the melted butter to the oreo and put it in a baking tin. Press the mixture firmly on to the tin so that it will be firm enough for the bottom layer. (Add a bit more butter if the mixture are not able to press firmly to the tin). Finally, put the base of the oreo in the fridge.

3. Beat cream cheese, thickened cream and vanilla essence together till creamy.

5. Melt the chocolate and gelatine. When melting gelatine, remember to add in about 2 tsp of water. (Melt the chocolate first before melt the gelatine because it is easy to become hard)
Then, add in both chocolate and gelatine into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

6. Add in 1/2 roll of small pieces oreo into the cream cheese mixture

7. Take out the base from the fridge and pour the cream cheese mixture into the baking tin. Lastly, put in to the fridge for about 4 hours until the cheese is hardened before you can eat ! :D

(No baking is required for this oreo cheesecake)
